Objecting to profiling: the customer has the right to lodge an objection at any time to the processing of their personal data for the pur- poses of profiling.
Objecting to direct advertisement: the cus- tomer has the right to lodge an objection at any time to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of direct advertisement.
Art. 20 GDPR “Data portability”
The customer has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
