Lasker Cross Media (LXM) is revising the entire Condor fleet with aviation grade decals – Condor logo is returning to the aircraft tails:
Salzburg / Frankfurt am Main, 06. Dezember 2019
Aerospace service provider Lasker Cross Media (LXM) has been selected by Condor to redesign the entire fleet.
After the final separation from Thomas Cook, the Thomas Cook logo and the heart logo must be completely removed for trademark reasons.
Particularly efficient, high performance aviation grade vinyl foil material with maximum durability and dedicated for installation on commercial aircraft is used.
In addition to the certification and documentation, the project includes both the production of the foils and the installation on the aircraft by specialist LXM’s teams.
At the end of November, the new design was unveiled to the employees. After the initial aircraft, registered D-ABUF, the tail units of the entire Condor fleet will be revised with decals in the coming weeks as part of their regular maintenance.
In future, all Airbus A320, A321, Boeing 757 and Boeing 767 aircraft will take-off with the new Condor design on short-, medium- and long-haul routes.
“We are very pleased to be implementing this project together with the Condor team and bringing the Condor logo back to the aircraft after a break of 16 years”, says Roland Mueller-Buchner, Partner at LXM and responsible project manager.
